Welcome to ELC Designs Group. Our company presells items through our catalogs, tradeshows, online or via or partner sales companies. Preselling allows our customers to plan out their selling season. Orders are placed in the order window and ship out to our customers during the shipping window. When an order is placed, we will notify you of the expected ship date, subject to availability.
Opening an Account
A valid physical copy of a business license is required

Pricing
Items must be purchased in multiples of the minimum purchase quantity
Prices are subject to change without notice
Shipping
Customers can choose FOB Atlanta, GA
ELC Designs Group ships via UPS.
UPS Shipping fees are calculated and added to the invoice at time of shipment.
Shipments will be sent out only for customers with valid payment terms or valid credit cards.
ELC Designs Group does not ship freight to our customers. We work with a customer’s nominated freight carrier to arrange pick up from our warehouse
Orders
Orders must include your account number, phone number, email and credit card number unless terms are established.
Back-Orders
Back-orders will ship automatically, without notice, up to 90 days, unless the customer has provided a cancellation date or states no backorders are accepted.
Discontinued or sold out items will be cancelled automatically.
Returns
Notifications of damages or discrepancies with an order must be received within 14 days. Other returns will not be accepted.
All products must be returned in their original carton and packaging. There must be no writing, marks, pricing, or additional store labels on the products or packaging. Packaged as to not be damaged in the return shipment. Shipping cannot be refunded. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization from ELC Designs Group.
Changes to Order
Changes to orders are accepted until the pre-sale cut off order date. Afterwards all orders are non-cancellable.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, the original carton and packing must be kept for inspection. Credits will be applied to your account.
Terms
All new accounts must complete a customer application.
Certificate of resale tax exemption number required.
$40 charge for returned or stop payment checks.
ELC Designs Group accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. New accounts must be paid via credit card until credit is established.
Terms are available with a completed credit application and credit approval. Please allow 1-3 weeks for credit applications to be processed. Payment is due by check, credit card or electronic transfer 30 days from invoice date. All Net 30 accounts that become past due will revert to credit card.
Please include your account number on checks when remitting payments.
Late Payments will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% to your account.

All products are put through our quality control inspection process. While we cannot guarantee a zero-defect rate, we ask that you contact us if you have any issues in the goods shipped.
Order placed with ELC Designs Group is deemed a legal agreement between ELC Designs Group and the ordering party and as such legal disputes will be litigated in Florida according to the laws of the state of Florida.
